Lodish is a premium wet cat food developed in collaboration between Thailand's leading feed manufacturer, ThaiUnion, and Entrance International in Korea, starting in 2023. 

Designed with the health of cats in mind.

To meet the specific needs of discerning Korean customers, we designed the food with the following criteria in mind:

1. AAFCO-compliant food - Lodish meets the AAFCO nutritional standards, ensuring that cats receive all of their daily essential nutrients.

2. No gelling agents - Gelling agents are chemical ingredients used to transform the moisture in wet food into a pleasant jelly-like form, such as carrageenan, guar gum, and xanthan gum.
However, these gelling agents can sometimes cause allergies in cats. Therefore, Lodish uses natural tapioca instead of synthetic chemical gelling agents for thickening.

3. No menadione - Menadione is a synthetic form of vitamin K. AAFCO states that fish food, rich in vitamin E, can interfere with the absorption of vitamin K, requiring supplemental vitamin K. Therefore, many pet food companies use the less expensive menadione to meet AAFCO requirements. However, menadione contains a potentially toxic substance that can cause vomiting and diarrhea in cats, leading to significant issues in Korea due to its overuse. Lodish eliminates menadione, which can be harmful to cats, and uses dandelion leaves, a natural source of vitamin K. Dandelion leaves are well-known as a superfood for cats.

4. Palatability - No matter how good an ingredient is, it's useless if your cat doesn't eat it. ThaiUnion has conducted extensive research to create a flavor that cats love. By adding rich broth extracted from raw materials and tuna oil, they have created a food that stimulates their sense of smell.

5. Verified Manufacturing Plant - As mentioned earlier, Lodish is produced by ThaiUnion. ThaiUnion is a global feed manufacturer that produces popular feeds such as Almonature and Stella & Chewys, catching large quantities of fish. Furthermore, there have been no issues with feed manufactured at this facility to date.
